Today may be the first day of the rest of your life, but it also might be the 183rd day of your current workout regimen. Every fiber of your being groans, "Do I have to get up? Couldn't I just skip the workout just this morning." "-Mina Samuels, Run Like a Girl
Yup this echoes my sentiments exactly upon waking this Wednesday morning.
On today's schedule:
6:30am: coach personal training clients
9:00am: workout at NASA + photo-shoot for the new Vasper machines at NASA
11:00am: Triple jump practice plus running mechanics
2:45pm: playtime with my favorite little boy
5:30pm: a tiny bit of "me" time that will mostly include catching up on emails I'm light years behind on 6:30pm: coaching my 7th grade girls volleyball team
9:30pm: lights out and ready for a 7am weight room session... I desire at least 9 hours of sleep and need at least 7.5 hours to remotely function like a human being.
Yup that about sums up the day. Onward and upward despite the little voice in my head that's currently throwing a temper tantrum and pleading with me to snuggle back into my bed. (**flicks off the tiny demon on my right shoulder that's trying to tempt me to hit the snooze button one more time**) Pin It
